Privacy is extremely important to us and under no circumstances will we divulge any information passed to ourselves - be it product based or direct contact details that we may become aware of.

We would expect the same level of care taken with our information at all times.

As designers and internet users ourselves we are aware of how easy it is to have your personal details falling into the wrong hands. This is already widespread by the amount of junk mail each and everyone of us gets already in our inbox - we know we did not sign up to these emails, yet they arrive daily.

We would like you to feel confident that we would not, have not and never will pass on any of your personal and/or business contact details such as email addresses, telephone numbers and business addresses, this information to 3rd parties under any circumstances.

Our belief is that if people want to contact you then they should use the onsite communications methods.

Terms & Condition for Keppy Web Design

Clients undertaking any design services from us and then cancelling the order will be deemed payable for any work already carried out.
Any domain name being registered by us on your behalf will always be your property. Our details will be listed as registering the domain and will stay listed until the work carried out by us is paid for in full. Should you then wish to have this information changed to your own name we will amend these details for you. Even if you do not wish to have the name changed you will still have the legal rights to your own domain name. Should you fail to pay for your order in full then the ownership of the domain will remain ours and will be sold or used as we see fit.
Payment for your website can be made in the following ways;

- Payment in full at the time of ordering.

- Payments in two parts if you wish with 50% payable at the time of ordering and the remainder once your
website is live.

- Payment in full within 7 days after the site approval and its live launch.
All information supplied by you shall be deemed your property and any images supplied to us either by you or on your behalf shall also be deemed your property or that you have purchased the correct licenses for use via your website. In the event that images you have supplied do not carry the correct licence we will not be responsible for any fees incurred for any breaches in copyright sought by the image legal owner.
Your initial order with us will include hosting and / or maintenance for a period of 12 months from the date of registration. After this period you will be contacted to renew your maintenance or hosting package. You are not obliged to keep your domain name and / or hosting with us if for any reason you want to maintain the site yourself.

Unlike other companies we do not charge you to take your domain to another hosting company. However, any fee's that maybe charged by your new hosting company to transfer the domain to them will be payable by you. Should you choose to transfer your domain name from us you will be soley responsible for any renewals that are charged by your new hosting company when the time comes. Should you ignore these fees you will run the risk of losing the rights to your own website address.
Once a domain is transfered then full ownership will be transfered to you, our name will be removed at the point of transfer. We will aim to assist you at all times with your transfer and should you need we will upload your site to its new webspace should you wish for a fee of £50.00, you will also receive your site content on disc format for backup purposes and for you or your new host to upload for you.

All hosting and maintenance packages are provided on a 12 months term unless otherwise stated.

Photo Restoration Pricing

If you would like your images restoring and are worried about the level of repair needed you can send us a scan of your images and we will provide you with the full cost of your repair.

On the whole we charge a flat fee all of the images below have a final cost of £30 and this includes an electronic copy to any size you require also an A4 page full of the image - this means that your image will be reproduced on an A4 page as many times as it will fit at its original size.

This fee also includes return special delivery postage of your image and postage of your restored images too.
